Small batches, no shortcuts
Every jar starts with onions peeled by hand. They're packed with Kev's own pickling mix, then left for about six weeks before a single jar goes out. That's what gives them the crunch.
What's in them? Allergens
Onions, vinegar and Kev's own mix of flavourings. Each flavour lists its allergens on its details page. They're a draft based on typical recipes until Kev confirms: British pickled onions are usually made with malt vinegar (from barley, a cereal containing gluten), and balsamic vinegar usually contains sulphites. If you have an allergy, message Kev before ordering.
Are they vegetarian or vegan?
Sweet Honey isn't vegan, because honey. The rest: Kev to confirm.
Do you deliver?
Collect from Kev (Kev to confirm), or choose delivery at checkout and Kev will quote you once he knows your address and how many jars. He may drop them round or post them.
How do I pay?
Kev confirms your order on Messenger and sorts payment with you then: Kev to confirm.
How big is a jar, and how long does it keep?
Jar size: Kev to confirm. Unopened: Kev to confirm. Once opened, keep it in the fridge.
Can I order for a party or in bulk?
